Refund & Return Policy

At Samba Plastic, we value our customers and their satisfaction. This policy explains the conditions for returns and refunds of products purchased from our website.

1. Return Period

You can request a return or exchange within 5 business days from the date you receive your order.

2. Return Conditions

• The product must be in its original, unused condition.
• Keep the invoice or proof of purchase.
• Defective or wrong products will be replaced or fully refunded.

3. Refund Process

After receiving and inspecting the returned product, the refund or exchange will be processed within 3–5 business days. For card payments, the refund will be credited to the same card. For Cash on Delivery orders, we will arrange the refund method with the customer.

4. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are non-refundable, except when the mistake is on the store’s side (e.g., wrong or damaged product delivered).
